Les participants peuvent choisir entre\u00a0<strong>5 ou 10 miles<\/strong>\u00a0et courir \u00e0 travers le magnifique centre historique de Gand. Les moteurs passionn\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement sont Elise et Bart, un couple ambitieux avec un grand c\u0153ur pour la belle ville.<\/p>\n<p>Les courses \u00e0 pied sont de grands rassemblements, mais aussi des\u00a0<strong>objectifs que les gens s\u2019efforcent d\u2019atteindre individuellement ou en groupe<\/strong>. Par exemple, de nombreuses entreprises participent \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement et courent tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e avec des coll\u00e8gues ou des clients pour se pr\u00e9parer au GRAND JOUR.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, le grand jour aura lieu\u00a0<strong>le 15 septembre<\/strong>, avec le Topsporthal comme point de d\u00e9part et d\u2019arriv\u00e9e. Ainsi, la sant\u00e9 humaine va de pair avec la sant\u00e9 de la plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs Gantois c\u00e9l\u00e8bres (ou des personnes ayant un lien important avec Gand) appara\u00eetront sur nos cha\u00eenes avec des cas fascinants dans la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Vous serez inspir\u00e9s par les raisons pour lesquelles ils participent, pourquoi ils trouvent la nature si importante et pourquoi le sport est une partie importante de leur vie.
