Healthy planet, great food!

Happy People make Great Food has been the slogan of Coeur Catering for years.

This is increasingly becoming Healthy Planet, Great Food, as sustainability is woven into the DNA of Coeur Catering. Why? To actively contribute to a healthy environment for future generations. Every day, we work on minimizing our impact and restoring the natural environment.

All decisions are made according to our sustainability plan, E-Coeur. This plan focuses on our core activity of connecting people, our planet, and good food. We say “Never TOO much” to sustainable choices. Together with our team, we raise awareness among our customers about the impact of their culinary choices and inspire them on how it can be done differently, better, and just as delicious.

Our ambition is to plant 20,000 trees by 2030. We consciously choose both fruit trees and mangroves: mangroves to combat coastal erosion and fruit trees to complete the circle as a caterer. These trees create jobs, and their yields can be marketed or consumed by the growers themselves. We are, of course, also very committed to local projects in Belgium.

Let’s plan(t) a greener future together. Not only for us, but also for our future generations.
