2. Payment Processing
Payments on our Site are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
We use the Stripe Payments Gateway integration within JetFormBuilder. Payment details (such as credit or debit card information) are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Go Forest only receives payment confirmation and limited transaction details necessary to fulfill your order.

5. Chatbot
We use a chatbot powered by ChatGPT and connected via Zapier to provide support and answer questions.
- Chatbot interactions are designed to remain anonymous.
- Users are instructed not to provide personal or sensitive information.
- Conversation data is temporarily stored in Zapier for performance monitoring.
- Data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
No personal data is used for profiling or marketing via the chatbot.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
Specifically:
- Order and invoice data: retained for 7 years (to comply with Belgian accounting and tax laws).
- Customer account and form data: retained for up to 5 years after the last interaction.
- Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe.
- Chatbot data: retained for 30 days.
- Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics settings.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, unless we are legally required to retain it.
