Binding Bid Agreement
By placing a bid on this auction platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Binding Commitment: All bids placed are legally binding. If you place the winning bid on any item, you are obligated to complete the purchase.
- Payment Obligation: The winning bidder must transfer the full bid amount within 7 days after the auction closes on December 11, 2024. Payment must be received no later than December 18, 2024.
- Auction Closing: The auction will close on December 11, 2024. The highest bid at the time of closing will be deemed the winning bid.
- Payment Instructions: Detailed payment instructions will be sent to the winning bidder’s registered email address immediately after the auction closes.
- Delivery: Auction items should be picked up on the following address: Koningin Astridlaan 178, 9000 Gent. If the buyer should want the item to be delivered, this will come with an additional cost. Items can only be picked up or delivered after payment is received.
- Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in:
- Legal action to recover the bid amount
- Exclusion from future auctions
- The item being offered to the next highest bidder
